Assistant General Manager
Ignacio Coyt is our assistant general manager. He has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years and has worked with Specialty Restaurant Corporation for over 10 years. He loves interacting with guests and making sure they are 100% satisfied with their service. He is enthusiastic, pays great attention to detail, excels in communicating with guests and is very familiar with wine.

Debbie Dominguez

Director of Catering
Debbie Dominguez is the director of catering at Luminarias. She obtains over 15 years of experience in the events industry. Her role includes coordinating and executing events from beginning to end to ensure complete satisfaction, building relationships and partnerships within the community and taking her teams thoughts and visions and creating them into a reality! Debbie is determined, dedicated and driven. These are the three words that describe Debbie's personality as well as the service that she strives to deliver while planning each event.

Eddie Armentero

General Manager
Eddie Armentero is the general manager and has 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His strong skills in critical thinking. problem solving, organization and working as team allow him to excel in his role and promote positive change.
